Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
• 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 4 oz pumpkin
• 1 packet sweetener

Instructions:

• Add all items in a medium bowl.
• Mix well.
• With a spoon, scoop out desired size balls onto non-stick sprayed cookie sheet.
• Bake for 15 min on 425° F (220° C).
• Note: you can use yogurt instead of pumpkin and add in apples and bananas, too.
