Ingredients:

• 16 oz diced tomatoes
• 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 cup salsa
• 1 large cucumber, peeled, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 large onion, chopped

Instructions:

  • Prepare vegetables and combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place in the fridge to chill and enjoy!
