Beet Salad

  • Beets
  •  Olive oil
  •  Balsamic vinegar
  •  Spices: salt and pepper


  • Boil the beets, then peel them
  • Slice the beets, the add a bit of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
